We will definitely be back. I can t believe there are even bad reviews in Now Larimar. We took our son (Justin) there for his graduation present. The resort is beautiful as it gets. We did the preferred package which was a nice touch with having a butler to take care of making reservations and stocking our mini fridge. Let me say our butler (Orlando) came and found us whenever his shift started and took care of what we needed. Orlando was outstanding. The food was way better than I thought it was going to be for All Inclusive. You have a great choice of restaurants between the two resort s and a buffet style restaurant that has a different theme every night. We usually had the same servers at the Carnavel Buffet, the Hostess Albavrina is very courteous front desk lady who is always smiling. Our servers Fraudy and Greisy were on top of whatever we needed and also always happy and smiling. I thought the facility was very clean and it s a very large facility. The entertainment they put on throughout the day and night is outstanding. They have yoga and Aerobics everyday either on the beach or at the pool, Jessica usually ran those shows and is very interactive with everyone and always smiling. I know I m going to forget some of the other names who ran the outdoor activities but they all have endless energy, charisma and great attitude. They all are doing shows all day long then go up to the front of the resort and do the night shows. We played relay games, two hours of baseball and other activities on the beach that included every age group and people from all around the world which was pretty cool to interact with them all. A special thanks for treating my family like kings and all of the entertainment goes to Mini Baby, Baby Face, Jay Z, Arcangel, Jessica and Cappuccino, they are the best group of guy and gals you could have employed. I know I forgot some names and I apologize for that, they all deserve a pat on the back. I cannot say thank you enough for all of your workers and staff at how nice they all were. There was a guy where we ate breakfast every morning that greets everyone with a Yeah Baby I believe his name was Lawrence, what a nice guy. Last but not least, we pretty much stayed on the beachfront all day and beautiful talented La Chiki who was serving our drinks all day long. She never let us run out of anything. She is so friendly and attentive to everyone out there, we loved her to death. When La Chiki would go on break, Samuel would take over and not miss a beat. These guys put in some long hours and always greet you with a smile and Hola. We will definitely be back to your resort next year. Punta Cana and Now Larimar we already miss you. Thanks, Cliff W.
