One of the worst experiences I've ever had staying...

One of the worst experiences I've ever had staying in a hotel, and I travel nationwide with my job. Hotel itself is dated and badly needs refurbishment, the service staff are lazy and disinterested. Ordered food in the bar and when it came out it was obviously a reheated lasagne that was tasteless, the chips were reheats too. The room was cold very low tog quilt on the bed, came down for breakfast and had to wait 3/4 minutes to get checked off the list despite there only being 3 other guests in the dining area, went and got some fruit and yogurt and waited for a server to take my order for a hot breakfast, didn't happen. Ate my fruit waited 15 mins and then left. Made my complaints at reception as I checked out and informed them that I had stayed in The Auburn Lodge in Ennis previously and would be doing so from now on.
Would definitely never go back and would not recommend this hotel, definitely not a 3 star never mind a 3.9.
