Dining room staff especially Mary fantastic. Girls on front desk could be more friendly (learn from dining staff )
Room freshened up daily. Bottled water only left in room when asked for.
Breakfast great choice. Bacon cooked to hard.
Bathroom fans did not work so steam in bathroom difficult doing hair after with condensation running down walls. Tiny notice on mirror how fans operate . Hook up fans to a switch which takes away steam or be able to leave bathroom door open. Did not like notifications putting it back on to guest if instructions not adhered to fine of $1200 would be charged to guest if fire brigade called out. Surely better system required.
I thought the fee of $35 for video link for 24 hrs. Disgusting. Many hotels give video links free. TV. Remote needs up date single menu for one station one programme at a time. As a hearing challenged person & so as not to disturbe guests in rooms next door I like to have sub titles on TV. .The young man on the desk very helpful got the maintenance chap to come and help but the system you have does not allow sub titles. Have you heard of hearing loop on trains in cinemas, person with hearing aids can tune hearing aid to that loop.
I believe if you cater for people and their needs they will return. Although I have given this feed back to you. I must say I enjoyed my weeks stay and felt very safe as a single lady in the hotel.
