Senior Citizens BEWARE! Midway over charged 85 yr...

Senior Citizens BEWARE! Midway over charged 85 yr. old woman for sewer line replacement and left walkway broken and unstable. They drove their machine over it repeatedly which caused the stones to sink well below the ground level creating a roller coaster effect. They refused to bring in dirt to raise the walkway and return it to the level it was. Salesman said he asked customer if there were any other family members who needed to be involved before signing the contract. NOT true! That conversation did not happen! Salesman said he told customer they wouldn't be responsible for broken stones...again, NOT true. Conversation did not occur. The area in which they worked is much worse than before they came. They gave $100 to buy new stones, but that doesn't solve the problem of the area being so much lower than ground level and uneven. We will have to remove the stones, get fill dirt, level it out and replace stones at our labor and expense. We will never use or recommend this company!
