Frank Kerney represented me in a child custody case for over a course of about 3 years. He made me feel very comfortable and confident every step of the way. It was very important to me to find an attorney that was honest and knowledgeable. I originally agreed to 50/50 time sharing at the first mediation. Before this plan was finalized he physically abused our child. I immediately contacted Frank to put aside the 50/50 agreement and had a trial around a year later. Our child's father ending up in dependency court where he was required to complete anger management and substance abuse classes. At the trial, I was awarded majority timesharing, with the Father getting every-other weekend and shared holiday timesharing. I am very satisfied with the outcome of the case and highly recommend Frank. In fact I referred my brother to Frank and that case was resolved favorably as well.
