Excellent! Excellent! Excellent ! My only disappoi...

Excellent! Excellent! Excellent ! My only disappointment was not having a microwave, but that s just preference. Staff was exceptional and so accommodating. Enjoyed my stay looking to make it my destination hotel when visiting NYC! Carlos and Michael and the Conrad staff really made it a great trip
