The entire service process could not have been easier. I waited in a customer lounge (there are 3) that was quiet, had reasonably comfortable chairs, refreshments, electrical outlets, and WiFi. My car service was completed when it was promised, and I left. Also, the service technician, Frank, was completely knowledgeable, and did not try to up sell anything. I would highly recommend any with a Mercedes to bring their car for service to South Bay Mercedes.
