Beautiful beach and the waves are amazing. The rooms are decent, outdated but that doesn't matter to me. I love the fact it's directly on the beach and only a 15 minute walk to the sky wheel. Lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance. I rented the partial ocean view and was happy with it. Was very clean inside. Looks a lil dingy going up the halls but really not as bad as everyone else is Making it. If u want updated then this is not the place.
