Booked them through Expedia, at the Laketown Warf....

Booked them through Expedia, at the Laketown Warf. Not only did I not get the ocean front room that I paid for, but the room was dirty!!! I went back to the main office two times to express my concern and they said they had someone coming to clean . I waited two hours before insisting on a clean room and the manager was not very helpful. I don t feel like I should have to stop my vacation THREE DIFFERENT TIMES to drive to TWO DIFFERENT PROPERTIES to fix their mistakes. And the room was simply okay. Stains everywhere (carpet and couches) and the walls are a mess. It s just been awful
