Parents and students be aware of this scam.
My daughter signed up for the veterinary program. Once she opened the program online, she did not like it. It is not for everybody
Cancelling the program after just one month is not an option.
Stop paying is the only other option. After the first month of not paying, they will not grant you access, but they will keep billing you.
My daughter went abroad and when she come back, she finds herself in collections (for $1,800.00) with Penn Foster College because she did not read the fine print. They sent no letters, no emails, no nothing.
Calling them for customer service is frustrating. Extended wait times and no solutions or alternatives offered.
