Great staff. The zoo doesn't look so big, but you can easily spend the whole day there with kids. 6 cafes around the zoo, easy to grab lunch and coffee.
Entry fee is about 37 bucks, annual pass is 111 bucks per adult.
Not hard to find a parking space on weekdays. $2 for 5 hours.
