I'm giving Allied five stars because of the way they handled a complaint that I had. The inspector they initially sent out to do a septic inspection for a home I was buying did not seem very knowledgeable. He found a problem with the septic system, but wasn't able to tell me anything more than that the system failed inspection. I had to hire another company to come out to actually tell me what was going on and how it could be fixed. When I called Allied and told them that I was dissatisfied with the level of service I had received, they refunded the entirety of my inspection fee. I was really surprised and impressed. While I wish they had been more upfront about the limitations of their inspection, it's clear that they really value customer service.
