I am new to the Irving area and needed service for my Prius. From the moment I arrived, I felt like a valuable customer. Josue, my service advisor, explained everything in detail and consulted me whenever there was a possible change. I was offered a rental car though I didn't use it because I had to leave for an appointment promptly. But I was reimbursed for the Uber I used. I was very pleased with the service I received.
