I have never been lowballed so much in my life! offered me 11000 for my car that bluebooks at !6000. Bought it from them a year ago for 20000. said they could make up the difference by adding money to the proposed lease. their offer: $400 a month for a lease! for the basic model. so much for the advertised $88 a month. thats more than i pay for the car i own. unfortunately you guys lost three yes three long time customers. the big issue is that they couldn't explain how they came up with the numbers. As a business KNOW YOUR NUMBERS.
