The reason for 2 stars is because of the adoption process. This organization is doing great things for animals but the adoption process needs to be a little better in my opinion. For 2 weeks I have called at 0900 only to get the recording that says you have called outside of normal business hours and when I finally get through all the dogs my family and I were looking at are gone or booked for the day. I called today at 0900 and got the recording and I had to call back 13 times before I got through and when I did another dog we wanted to adopt gone. I then asked about lost and found and they explained the process so I understand, but it s frustrating that every time I call At 0900 I get the recording and when I get through I have to wait 30 mins before I speak to someone and by that time it s to late.
