Worst customer service experience. Went through the whole process of waiting and paperwork and the salesman told me everything went through and got approved they just needed some additional paperwork. Went home to pick up the forms they needed only to come back telling me they need a down payment of $1500-$2000 in order for them to give me the car. I showed them the signed paperwork and they told me they needed the down payment to release the car. What a bunch of bull. Never again will I step into this dealership even if they are offering good deals. WORST dealership. Better to go somewhere else.
