Really the easiest, and most pleasant experience I've had, (and to be honest I was about to leave Kia after my first time dealing with one of their salesmen who was extremely unprofessional). I had figured after my lease was up I would turn the car back in and head to a different dealership and be rid of Kia for good , although I was very happy with my vehicle. To say the lease this dealership is very fortunate to have Ryan Smith on their team, he not only was able to make every step of the lease return process easy, but he also was able to prove to me that I shouldn't leave Kia because of the situation I had been through prior to meeting with him, I Made it very clear that I was mad, that I was leaving and that I didn't "care what he had to say" and through my "tantrum" Ryan was able to remain "human" with me, not try and sell me, and let me know what my options were before I decided to leave for good, let's just say I left in a Kia niro, I didn't need to shop around and as far as I'm concerned as long as Ryan is with smithtown Kia I will always buy/lease a car through them, as well as encourage my friends and family to get their vehicles through him. I'm not even 24 hours out with my new car and I'm absolutely in love with it!!! Thank you Ryan!!
