Dropped my vehicle off an hour before opening at 8...

Dropped my vehicle off an hour before opening at 8am to be serviced. Called 3 times for an update and they said I would receive a call back. I came back at 1:30pm to pick up my vehicle because it had not received a simple oil change.

Will never lease a Lexus again because service matters! Customer service matters and blaming Covid-19 for being short staffed is not an excuse. You should be on top of the service department because that is your main source of revenue during this pandemic. If not do not overbook your services.
