First, go look at the 1 star reviews , they are mostly service related. I'm not going to waste your time telling the long version. My wife went in for a free oil change that she won and was sold services she didn't need and told I requested them when I made the appointment. Don't let them swindle you. I contacted them after the fact and they where basically unapologetic. Good luck if you choose to use them.

I texted and emailed about this incident. You responded via text with no apology and basically blamed my wife. Then AFTER I wrote this negative review you called and tried to offer me a free oil change to make it right and specifically asked me to take down the review. Again, you offered no semblance of an apology and doubled down blaming my wife with an outright lie. Your version of what happened is not slightly different from hers but grossly.

I would highly recommend you take your vehicle somewhere else even for a simple oil change.
