Oil change was fine. The issue I have been having has lasted a year..I have been trying to get my 2 ND key fob since I bought my car back in 2019. First the salesman needed time to find it then never contacted me and then come to find out he no longer worked there..called on 4 occasions and spoke with service manager Dawn who said she will take care of it with my next service appointment. Well now apparently it's an issue and I still have no spare key fob. This will be my LAST experience buying a Nissan. It's very disappointing receiving this type of treatment. I am a single mother and don't have time for this.
