My son and I arrived at midnight on a Southwest flight to Boston. It too a very long time for our bags to arrive at baggage claim. He was hungry and I was trying to feed him when we accidentally drop our mason jar and glass shattered everywhere. The southwest representative was there and didnt offer any help. She went back into her baggage claim office with an unhappy face. I followed her to asked her for some help and she said, I saw what happened. I asked if she could get some help for clean up and she didnt respond. Luckily there was this cleaning lady at the restroom and was more than ready to come help us clean up. She s my lifesaver. Thank you sooo much cleaning staff of Boston airport. You really helped me in the midst of chaos at the airport. I even offered her tip but she gracefully declined. Thank you!
