My husband was recently prescribed a C-PAP machine for severe sleep apnea. Carolina's Home Medical Equipment and their staff were awesome to work with. From the time we received the first call that a prescription had been sent to them from our doctor, through insurance questions, to picking up the machine and receiving training on something we had never even seen before; we were treated by friendly staff and with utmost professionalism. Mark Zewalk went above and beyond to be sure we understood exactly how the machine worked and how to adjust it - including a home visit when we were not successful with setting the pressure. Mark is very professional and takes the extra time to be sure his client is satisfied. We highly recommend this company for medical supplies.
