Went with a broken jaw, waited in ER for 12 hours ...

Went with a broken jaw, waited in ER for 12 hours to get a tetanus shot, ibuprofen and a referral to UCLA, I mention how it took 12 hours for that? And was told (welcome to the ER).... worst bedside manner ever... no compassion
