Under my experience, they are a panda of thieves and scammers. I bought 2 night lamps, which 1 of them stopped working a month after buying it. I sent a message to request a change or repair, to be given the steps to follow and how to proceed to make the change. After 1 week waiting for an answer, I decided to call, moving from one exchange to another, they asked me to send an email to another email address ... Another 4 days of waiting. They tell me that they deliver and pick me up the next day, which neither came nor took them without warning and falling for a whole day loss. Today I continue with my lamp broken and without receiving any new, or picking up the defective. A full-fledged shop scam.
