I bought a used truck from Bale this week. I found the truck online and so I just showed up to look...no appointment, no call. The sales man's name was Kelton Wilson and he was amazing. When we met he left a wonderful first impression. He was polite, respectful, optimistic and very knowledgeable. He was not pushy or overbearing, like some sales people are, he was just honest and friendly. I had a lot of questions and he followed up with an answer to every one of them. I told him I would come back in 2 days to drive the truck. He sent me a text to confirm our appointment. It was raining on the day of the test drive so he pulled the truck to the front door so I didn't have to walk in the rain...1st class all the way! After the drive I had more questions...he got answers to them all. Needless to say I bought the truck. If you every go to Bale Chevrolet be sure and ask for Kelton Wilson!
