So I'm waiting to be seen at the emergency waiting...

So I'm waiting to be seen at the emergency waiting room at Zuckerberg General Hospital for about 3 hours. I haven't had anything to drink. The only water fountains available to patients in the waiting room are out of service. When I ask staff where can I get drinking water to help with my dehydration, one staff member suggests going to the mens restroom and drink sink water. When i asked again another staff member reluctantly goes to another room to retrieve a cup of ice water. This fiasco took about 10 minutes. I was furious of this whole ordeal.
