They charge me 130 $ extra just for inspection!!!!...

They charge me 130 $ extra just for inspection!!!!
They check my car. The noise was from drive belt tensioner. They changed me for that 567.99$ (it's ok) but they charged me 130$ extra, because they check suspension system too but they didn't find anything!!!!
