If I could give negative stars I would. This is probably the worst Auto Insurance I have ever had in my life. I will never pay for cut rate insurance again. I was in an accident 9 months ago and my claim has yet to be resolved. I don't even know where my car is, and no one has been able to tell me where it is. This is utterly ridiculous.
