Conrad and his team are great. I have refinanced before and this was the easiest experience I ve had. I worked with Derek and being able to text him with any questions was really convenient. I was able to do the whole process from home and even during the pandemic we were able to get it done. I would definitely recommend Conrad and his team for any mortgage needs.
