In the past half year I went to St Francis twice with my son for ingrown toenail. 1 time in Schiedam the other time in Kleiweg. Both times were a visit for my child. The first time we really had a terribly disinterested nurse who also badly connected the foot, so there was a great after-bleed. So for the next appointment but chose the Kleiweg, it only got worse. This time a very sweet nurse but a doctor who was so rushed and nonchalant .. quantity was clearly higher on his list than quality. As soon as the doctor injected the anesthetic into the enormously inflamed toe, he immediately started cutting !! Normally (and this was the 8th time !! so enough experience with the procedure) at least 10 minutes was waited for the anesthetic to work. Now the doctor started right away ... our concerns were dismissed! The result: my son almost fainted in pain and the nurse REALLY had to intervene to get the doctor to stop him !! simply outrageous !! We had to wait for almost 8 weeks for the appointment and then it was soon soon be canceled by one or another doctor they had plucked from the corridor because the doctor who was going to do the procedure was working elsewhere. NEVER more Saint Francis !!
