Spent over $3000 on parts there, including a snow tire and rims (steel) package for $1800. However, rims came without covers. The axle and the 2" metal plate at the center of rim starts to rust in one week, and at week three it's all brown already (as shown in the image). At this rate of rusting, I really scared to imagine its appearance after the whole snow season. We have not even have our first snow yet in greater Vancouver this year! It makes my 2018 CX-9 look like a 6 year old vehicle. Called Signature Mazda they said it's all normal and nothing can be done to improve. Very disappointing! Definitely won't recommend their service to any of my friend!

It might be myself to blame for not doing enough study on what the package really means. I adjusted my rating from 1 star to 2 stars...Here is the reason why I am not making it any higher:

$1800 for a set of snow tire and rims are not cheap. For that price or even lower, I can definitely get some similar quality products from Costco or OK tire. But i chose Signature Mazda because 1. I am buying other accessory+installation packages from Signature Mazda at the same time. So was hoping to solve them all with one visit. 2. I trusted Signature Mazda as Mazda expert. Assuming for the premium price i paid, the suggested packages from them will at least have a fair look on a 1-year-old CX-9. But I don't feel i am getting that value. The rusted steel rims make my 2018 CX-9 looks very old and dirty, no matter how i wash/wax the car itself.
