When we arrived, the TV, refrigerator, and desk lamp were all unplugged and I had to move a sofa and the desk to plug it all back in. The air conditioning never got cold enough. But I have no other complaints. The front desk was responsive to any requests, and only took about 10 minutes to fulfill them. The hotel is within walking distance to a wide variety of entertainment and food options. The shower head is great, and I love the waterfall--activates sink faucets.
