I had lost some paper while moving, including hiri...

I had lost some paper while moving, including hiring and termination contracts, and when I called out and kindly asked the woman in the payroll office if she could please send them to me as my union needs them, I get just knowing that it is not her problem and I just could take better care of my papers and she did NOT go messing with old papers ... I explain to her that I need the papers as I can not get unemployment benefits before the union gets them, which she was just happy with .
So now I have to get the union to contact the company ...
What the hell is that way of meeting people ???
