We had a good experience here. Pulled in an hour before appointment time. They got us to a door within 20 minutes. We lumbered the load ourselves so we had 7 pallets reworked within 2 hours. Warehouse guys were very polite and helpful. So we were in and out within 2 1/2 hours. This is not the norm for us. So I believe, driver lumbering is the difference.
