Alyssa Danese was my loan agent and I really appreciated her promptness and dedication to my loan. It was a refi that only took like 3 weeks, I got a great rate and there was never a glitch. I'm not new to mortgage financing and refi's and with some experience in mind I know she handled my account professional and with a high level of commitment. She went above and beyond when I had silly questions, she didn't laugh but answered (even late at night) and took care of concerns I would present. I will definitely refer Prospect Mortgage and hopefully you too will get Alyssa as your loan agent, if not i'm sure the others are great as well.
