I had two claims a few months apart and the claim rep, Jodi Spilotras, picked-up that and started handling both claims. Jodi Spilotras responded to phone messages and emails very promptly always empathetic (as much as an Insurance rep could be allowed) and professional. We had a fair amount of give and take regarding the claims and Jodi was fair but tough. Good for you Universal!

Only four stars to Universal (sorry Jodi) as their WEBSITE email system did not work in a timely manner and Jodi did not get what she needed unless I sent it directly to her.

Jodi gets 5 stars, Universal only 4.
