Lance really cares about his tenants, that's all I can attest to as I'm not an owner. When problems did arise, as they are wont to do, his team jumped to make it right. I lived in a unit of theirs for 18 months and only left due to reasons beyond their control. I'd rent with them again in a heartbeat. They have the online portal where you can present maintenance issues and pay rent and you'll get a call on the maintenance issue that day, even on weekends. They have a text line that they will always get back to you on if they can't call you. They really are great people to work with. Michelle and Brianna are super professional and pleasant to chat with, as well. If Stix and Stones is the management company you'll be taken care of, there's no doubt. Good luck!
