Today i went to Trader Joe s for the first time and my sister is handicapped and she was asking the man at the gate for scooter to use but that guy was rude enough to ask her to stand in quo even she told him she is out oh home to get her medication from CVS next door, than a lady who should enter based on the quo gave her place to do her shopping, Rafael is very bad representation of such a good Brand and when we asked him to call his Manager he lied and he said he is the Manager, than later on we met Michael and lisa and both were nice but i am going to call the head office to issue an official complaint.
