Customer service person was great.
I was sent an appointment reminder that stated 5k miles or 6 months.
Vehicle had 2440 miles on it. I was given the impression that I was in early even though the reminder stated 5 k miles or 6 months. I was at 6 months so I went in.
Would have liked more clarity before going to the appointment.
