Poor, very poor, customer service. We own a Lexus suv, needed the lock for tires to remove them and Lexus says they won't do it unless we go there and buy non locking lugs from them. All we want is to buy the lock so we can get it done, but unless we shell out a ridiculous amount to do it through them they won't lift a finger to help us. You are two seconds away from losing a very loyal and very VALUABLE customer that spends good money there.
