This was the best and easiest car buying experience i have ever had. Fort Mill Ford has a non-commission sales based team which means everyone their was inviting and relaxed not like piranhas searching for a meal. The trade-in offer i got was extremely fair compared to the KBB i ran on my vehicle as well. Scott B was the salesmen that we worked with and was the only person we worked with through the looking, test driving, trade-in offer, financing paperwork, car review, and send off. A very different approach to the car buying process. I will be going back to this dealership and will recommended it to others that are looking for a Ford vehicle.
