I would like to give this place zero stars. Went for a rolled ankle, arrived at 3:56pm with 2 other people in the waiting room. Finally made it to triage an hour later, meanwhile my ankle and foot doubled in size. Was I offered an ice pack or a refill on the bag of ice I had propped on my ankle??? No. Was I offered or given any pain medication....again no. Finally get X-rays, wait an hour and a half to get the vague results. "You have a shadow on your X-ray. It doesn't look like you have a fracture, but you should follow up with your pcm to ensure you don't have an acute fracture. A nurse will be in to stabilize your ankle." Nurse arrives, hands me an air cast in a box, pulls the instructions out the box, & says "here's the English version." "I'm sure you'd rather put this on at home." Seriously, you don't want to ensure I'm "stabilizing" my ankle correctly? I get it, it's not rocket science, but I'm in pain do you really think I'm going to "stabilize" my own ankle properly?

Then as I'm leaving the back of ER to head to the lobby, on crutches mind you, 2 nurses are sitting at the desk by the door that doesn't have a visible button to open the door. I asked them if there was a button to open the door and they both just look dumbfounded. A lady sitting in the lobby assisted me with opening to door, completely useless! I see why people drive to temple!
