This is about the only place I've ever been to that didn't have me wondering if I was being ripped off. If a problem is really hard to pinpoint, they start with the cheapest solution first and we work up from there. Other shops start with an outrageously expensive repair/service and only after that didn't work the try something cheap. QL is wonderful. The staff are always wonderful to deal with. One thing that stands out is that they let me know ahead of time if there's a good chance there could be an additional charge, so I don't have to worry about getting a nasty surprise when I pay the bill.
