I wanted to highlight the above and beyond service I got from Janette and Richard from the Service Department, as well as the parts department and all the supporting employees.

I'm doing my best to keep my 2004 Mazda 3-5 Door running while I await an announcement for a new Mazdaspeed 3 (hint hint) and found that I recently lost the ability to control my HVAC fan blower. After spending hours taking apart my dash, we discovered that a wiring harness had a fried connector and would be over $2k to replace as the entire harness was one piece.

Janette and the parts team went out of their way to find an alternative and came up with a creative strategy of salvaging the connector from another harness and the service team was then able to splice it into place which will go along way toward keeping my car on the road. While not costing me a fortune.
