Had an incredible experience with Jordan's in Avon. Delivery was to be on the 28th of February for a purchase made on the 20th. This at the time was no problem. Then my 86 year old father asked if he could get it sooner. I called and Joanne in customer service said there was no way to move the date . Her explanation was reasonable and acceptable. Then it happened. 10 minutes later I received a call and Joanne gave us a new date of February 23rd. Incredible service.
