Our server Mason was awesome. The food was terrific. The valet, she was absolutely amazing. The downsides are.... the rest of the employees seemed absolutely miserable. They didn't seem to enjoy their jobs and barely smiled. The restaurant managers did " busy work". They were either standing in a group right in the middle of the buffet area or walking around the dining room aimlessly with a clipboard and not one time did ANY of them table touch to speak to a guest. The bussers, were constantly vacuuming next to guests while they were eating, which is totally unacceptable. They vacuumed at our table 4 times during our visit. First, it's RUDE. Second, noone wants all that dust they bring up floating around their food. Third, the noise ruins the ambiance. As a GM at a resort, these are behaviors I would never accept from my staff or management team. If they could fine tune those things, the place would be amazing!
