If you want a quality, USA made, competitively priced hot tub, with good customer service at every step, you have come to the right place. Everyone at United Spas has been amazingly helpful. My wife and I bought a used spa, and we are excited to report that things are going swimmingly (or should I say soakingly, in hot tub parlance). The tub is a quality product. It was delivered and set up by a super nice, knowledgeable technician (shout out to Bobby!). All of the sales and customer service staff have been caring and helpful. Nadine even called me a few days after delivery to see how everything was going. We are happy to report that life is good! Thank you, United Spas!
