NY state , the Wellfare State imposed unpaid taxes...

NY state , the Wellfare State imposed unpaid taxes and I have sent them a redermination letter from IRS stating that I owe them zero. I am repaying the so called mistaken taxes in light of the evaluation of the federal letter.
Calling the wellfare state, and asking clarifications, I have been transferred 3 times within Harriman campus and not a clear answer was provided.
I asked 3 incompetent bureaucrats to describe the iter for a sent letter from the origin till the verdict all and 3 of them resembled incompetent zombies.
The ability of those unprofessional in terms of taxes is seriously questionable.
They tried to cover up incompetency through stupid jargon that even an elementary school student can decide as lies.
I urge the citizens of the welfare state to open their eyes because legal mistakes are present in terms of taxation in NY state.
