Booked a couple of nights to go visit SeaWorld and Six Flags, but the kids enjoyed the pools at the hotel more. We first used the outdoor pool for a few hours until our room was ready (some issue with hotwire). The staff is absolutely amazing, on the phone and in person.

A memory from the wonderful staff: one night the lobby was full with two bus loads of high school kids and they were holding up the elevators, we then decided to go look for the stairs and one of the employees saw our predicament and took us up to our floor on the service elevator.
