Nearly as old as the Green Sea Turtle on exhibit, I have been going to the treasured New England Aquarium since I was a child!

This world-class aquarium hosts many aquatic animals, including: fish, jellies, stingrays, crustaceans, penguins, turtles, seals and sea lions.

Engaging exhibits include touch tanks, live animal presentations, seal and sea lion performances, and interactive touchscreen displays focusing on endangered animals, ocean conservation, etc.

Pack a lunch to enjoy with views outside of the pier, eat in the cafe, or in several nearby seafood-themed restaurants.

The aquarium is close to other major tourist destinations such as Faneuil Hall and the North End.
